Project overview   

CoreLogic, a leader in real estate insights used in 75% of all mortgage and capital market loans, needed to modernize its custom real estate reports store. With 10,000 customers navigating 3.5 billion property and financial records across multiple parties and formats, the goal was to simplify the purchasing process, improve mobile accessibility, and introduce subscription models to drive future growth.

Joshua Graves led the design efforts through a previous agency to implement a modern design system and streamline development processes. We began by conducting extensive customer research, including user interviews and testing, to understand the needs of CoreLogic’s diverse customer base. These insights allowed us to make data-driven decisions, such as introducing prepaid credits and monthly subscription options.

We also identified a lack of focus on mobile accessibility and successfully advocated for its inclusion, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. Additionally, we implemented features such as typeahead searching and a membership calculator to support customers in converting to paid subscriptions. To ensure scalability, we introduced an early-stage design system using atomic design principles, allowing the CoreLogic team to focus on higher-value tasks.
